Everyone Has Gone On A Diet At Least Once In His Or Her Lifetime.
People Diet For All Sorts Of Reasons. Some Do It To Stay Healthy
And Others As A Defense Against Diseases. in Which Was The Case For Me
My Oldest Sitars Debbie Pasted Away From A Massive Heart Attack January 2004
She Was Over Weight And Had Sugar Diabetes

After Burying Me Sister My Father Was Facing The Fight Of Life As From
Sugar Diabetes He Lost One Leg The Summer Of 2003 And Now Loosing The Battle
Of Loosing The Other ..my Father Lost His Fight In Sept 2004 He Pasted Away
The Same Year My Sister Lost Her Fight

So See I Had A Huge Wake Up Call ...one I Could Go On Like I Was And
Join My Sister And Father Or To Change And Continue My Life Happier
And Healthier....

Oh Believe Me It Wasn't Easy By All Means ...but I Did Have A Little
Help From My Family And My Place Of Work. there I Joined The Cardiac
Rehab Program at Umass,where John Had Set Me Up With A Small Workout Program
I Started Going Twice A Week ..then Every Day I Would Go During My
Lunch Break And Do A 30 Mins Workout ..next Thing I Knew I Was Doing
A Little More And Feeling Pretty Darn Proud Of Myself

Pretty Soon Others Started To Notice The Weight Lose -hehe- That Was
Was A Huge Pat On The Back And Lifted My Moral To Continue On
As The Weight Came Off ..the More Skin I Had At That Point I Knew I
Needed More Help ..I Joined The Local Gym With A Pool
And Entered The Water Arobic Classes Twice A Week
Now I Swim Every Day For One Mile And Even Thou I Still Have Alot
Of Skin It Has Firmed Up Some ..at This Point I May Need A Little
Help From The Doctors ..if I Ever Save Up Enough Money To
Has The Extra Skin Removed ..till Then If Ever.. I Will Go On With
My Fight To Lose More And To Remain Doing What I Am Doing

I Hope This Little Documentary On Me Might Help You Out There
